There is one name in Switzerland which has long been familiar to wine collectors – Gantenbein. The winery was founded by Martha and Daniel Gantenbein in which they started to plant vines from the land of Martha’s father in 1980. And nowadays, they still manage everything by themselves.  Champagne Fleury is a Récoltant-Manipulant (a grower who makes and markets Champagne under their own label) which has a very long history in Cote des Bars. The house was established in 1895 by Jean-Pierre Fleury's grandfather, Emile, and is still owned by the family till this day. The Champagne house owns 15 hectares of vineyard in which 90% are planted with Pinot Noir and the rest with Chardonnay.
