A collaboration between Frédéric Savart and Dremont Pere & Fils, the Éphémère cuvée is a limited release in which Frédéric Savart selected a few outstanding plots of vineyard to create a special cuvee. We are delighted to offer a parcel of “015” edition, this is a Blanc de Blanc Champagne from Côteaux Sud d’Epernay  and Pierry Premier Cru vineyards. There are less than a thousand cases produced in this cuvee which received 2g/L dosage.
