One of the leading natural and biodynamic producers nowadays, Yann Durieux is a rising star who vinified his very first vintage at the mere age of 13. He was determined to establish his winemaking career in Burgundy and was trained at Julien Guillot (Domaine du Vigne de Maines) then furthered his experience at Domaine Prieuré-Roch, which he stayed for over 10 years before setting up his own winery in 2010.  His domaine was the revival of his family's winery and vineyards - the Recrue des Sens family - which is a small area of just 3 hectares up the hills...
