Founded in 1858, Domaine Robert Arnoux is a family-run estate and had built a reputation for themselves when Pascal Lachaux became fully in charge of the winemaking in 1990 and subsequently took over the domaine when his father-in-law Robert Arnoux passed away in 1995. The domaine was renamed to "Arnoux-Lachaux" in 2008, and in 2012, the domaine was passed down to the family's sixth generation, Charles Lachaux.
