Ruinart only makes a handful of cuvees which are the Blanc de Blancs and Rose which are both available in NV and Millesime, in which the Millesime are only created in the best harvests. The essence of all their cuvees, their Champagnes are made entirely with Chardonnay Grand Cru that are carefully harvested on different terroirs from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims vineyards to offer complementary characteristics.
