With a long history and deep roots in Burgundy, the Lamy family has started to grow vines since 1640. Domaine Hubert Lamy is managed by Olivier Lamy nowadays who took over from his father Hubert Lamy starting from 1996. Oliver kept the best and the old vines, replanted those unideal ones; he prefers to plant in high-density and limit the oak influence to the white by using larger oak barrels.
