Established in Beaune in the late 1800s, Remoissenet has long been known for their Grand Cru and Premier Cru productions of both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The estate operates both as a domaine - using grapes from their own vineyards - and as a negociant - purchasing grapes from the best growers and only buying the best quality grapes and even offering bonuses to growers when the quality exceeds expectations.
