Over the weekend, we sampled a bottle of beautiful rose Champagne by Frederic Savart with exceptional purity and depth. Beautiful nowadays with at least 5 years potential to develop, we have last 32 bottles in stock which comes highly recommended -  A collaboration between Frédéric Savart and Dremont Pere & Fils, the Éphémère cuvée is a limited release in which Frédéric Savart selected a few outstanding plots of vineyard to create a special cuvee.  We are delighted to offer a parcel of “016” edition, this is a Rose Champagne blended from 30% Chardonnay, 56% Pinot Noir and the rest 14% with rouge from Verzenay & Sermiers...

Champagne Savart started to produce Champane in 1970s by Daniel Savart and now passed the ruin to Frédéric Savart who is the son of Daniel. Frédéric Savart made a lot of changes in the house and worked actively in the vineyards to give expression of the purest nature from the Champagne. They own about 6 hectares of vineyards in Montagne de Reims and Villers-aux-Noeuds, all of these vineyards are classified as Premier Cru which 4 hectares are Pinot Noir and 2 hectares are Chardonnay.
