We are honored to be able to access a cellar with a large collection of ready-to-drink Italians between 1990 to 2012, all of these bottles are cellared in ideal conditions in an underground cellar in Veneto. The iconic polychromatic-tiled Hôtel-Dieu (Hospices de Beaune) in central Beaune currently owns around 60 hectares which the majority are used for Pinot Noir production and the rest used for Chardonnay, in which around 85% are premier crus and grand crus. A Polish descent, whose father met his Burgundian mother after escaping from Poland in 1939.
