Elise Bougy is a passionate and young female winemaker, who has a large interest in rare grapes and unique combinations but at the same time, also maintains complete respect for the terroir hence follows the principles of organic farming and use of biodynamic practices. She inherited 3 hectares of her family domaine, and there are two-thirds of the vineyards in Les Mesneux and Montagne de Reims 1er Cru, with one-third in Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand Cru.
