Just Arrived! 91pts AM, 2005 d'Ardhuy Savigny-les-Beaune Peuillets 1er Cru fm HK$425 per bottle
Domaine d'Ardhuy was established by husband and wife duo Gabriel d'Ardhuy and Eliane Andre, in which they acquired prized parcels in Puligny-Montrachet, Gevrey-Chambertin, Clos de Vougeot and even Corton-Charlemagne totalling to approximately 45 hectares of vines, predominantly 1er and Grand Cru rated, and amount to some 30+ cuvées. Despite a number of white cuvées, there are around 90% of reds. While they come from the same family,...

His domaine was the revival of his family's winery and vineyards - the Recrue des Sens family - which is a small area of just 3 hectares up the hills...

Robert Groffier 1er Cru Selections Arriving This Week Incl. Amoureuses, Sentieres & Hauts Doix
Founded by Robert Groffier’s father, Jules in the 1950s, the Robert Groffier Pere et Fils is based in Morey-St-Denis and is now run by Robert’s grandson, Nicolas. They own a large plot in Chambolle-Musigny and in fact they are the largest owner of Les Amoureuses. The Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Sentiers is one their flagship parcels, located just a few meters below Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru and is often the most surprising wine in blind tastings. Apart from the Chambolle-Musigny ownership, they also own 0.41ha in Chambertin Clos-de-Beze and a few plots spread across Gevrey-Chambertin. The plots in Gevrey-Chambertin are village...
