Located at Chassagne Montrachet, Domaine Bernard Moreau is a historical estate that can date as far back as 1809, when the founder Auguste Moreau built a cellar near the Champs Gain vineyards with a few hectares farmed on the hillside. The current vineyards holdings were mostly added in the 1930s under the management of Marcel Moreau. Bernard Moreau took over the vineyards in the early 1960s at the age of 14.
