Champagne Boërl & Kroff was created by two friends Patrick Sabaté and Stéphane Sésé and debuted with the release of their 1995 vintage. The champagne house was previously run by the De Gaulle family who produced Champagne Drappier, the house that used to provide for King Louis XVI and a favorite of General Charles de Gaulle, and in December 2019, Stéphane Sésé solely took the reins.   All Boërl & Kroff cuvees are produced following traditional vinification methods using only quality ingredients and only in a good vintage.
