De Saint Gall holds excellent parcels of vineyards in Champagne and have been supplying grapes to Grand Marques like Taittinger for their production of Comtes de Champagne, Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle and Dom Perignon over the years. Their Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are cultivated on Grand Cru and Premier Cru terroirs in some of Champagne's loveliest villages. Established in 1981 by Bruno Paillard at the age of 27, the Champagne house is known to be the youngest Grandes Maisons. With Bruno's experience working in his father’s grape broking company, he is knowledgeable to select the right sort of grapes at suitable prices.  The Champagne house owns around 34.4 hectares of vineyards, and around 12 hectares are recognised as Grand Cru, producing nice Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes.  The first vintage of his masterpiece - Nec Plus Ultra, was produced in 1990.
