The iconic polychromatic-tiled Hôtel-Dieu (Hospices de Beaune) in central Beaune currently owns around 60 hectares which the majority are used for Pinot Noir production and the rest used for Chardonnay, in which around 85% are premier crus and grand crus. Among their vineyards is a Pouilly-Fuissé Cuvée Françoise Poisard which was acquired in 1994 and 2012 thanks to Françoise Poisard’s bequest.
