The family of Bonneau du Martray descends directly from Chancellor Nicolas Rolin who founded the famous Hospices de Beaune in 1443, and produces only two Grand Cru wines: Corton-Charlemagne and Corton. Chateau Laville-Haut-Brion Blanc is one of the best dry whites in Bordeaux.
