A Mature Beauty at just HK$820 per Bt: 2000 Joseph & Philippe Roty Gevrey-Chambertin
Joseph Roty has been making wines since 1710 and the production has remained minuscule for over 300 years. The Roty family maintains their very old vines in which some were planted in the 1880s and still use very traditional ways of winemaking to this day. Despite having a very low profile, their wines never fail to amaze everyone and can always show the characteristics of a traditional Gevrey-Chambertin. Their wines usually have high concentration and are full of dark fruits' purity, seamlessly integrated with their usual high usage of barrels. Clive Coates MW also commented that Roty's wines are "very distinctive. They are full, very intense, very perfumed and very harmonious....
RARE Champagne from 1999 to 2013
Champagne Rare is a luxury, well-matured cuvée with a blend of mainly Chardonnay with some Pinot Noir in a beautifully designed bottle. Only produced in the best vintages, it spends 12 years aging in the bottle before release. We are delighted to offer various vintages including 1999, 2002, 2006, 2008, 2013 today from only HK$1,200 per bottle , let us know...

They started to plant the vines in a very dense pattern at up to 11,363 vines per hectare on the very steep slopes in the unique vineyard. The quality is unarguably outstanding and Joe Czerwinski from Wine Advocate commented on these beautiful wines after his visit in 2019 and tasted Vintage 2015, saying that “Is there any doubt that Bell Hill has emerged as one of New Zealand's top Pinot Noir producers?”. It emerged to be one of the most sought after wines nowadays as the production is minuscule and are sold by mailing list...

Best Market Price: Chateau d'Yquem 1980/1983/1984/1985/1986/1989
Chateau d’Yquem is an absolute triumph of sweet wines. This liquid gold is produced from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon in Bordeaux, and is the only sweet white wine producer with a classification of premier cru superieur. Apart from being in a unique climate in Sauternes which allows botrytis grapes to grow, its excellence also comes from winemaking knowledge in which they have centuries of experience dating back to the 1500s. They only release a vintage under its own label when quality of grapes are up to their standards, otherwise they are sold off to other producers. Due to the climate, the grapes...
