Having worked in his father’s vineyard since 1991, Denis Mortet set up his domaine under his own name and quickly made a name for himself as he was a perfectionist who put a lot of care and effort from vines to wines. The wines he produced were some of the most charming and elegant styles in Gevrey-Chambertin.
