Philipponnat Clos des Goisses is the best kept secret in Champagne – a single vineyard plot which spreads over 5.5 hectares, with around 70% growing Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. The plot of vineyard has been separated into 16 individual plots with different ages of vines.
