A collaboration between Frédéric Savart and Dremont Pere & Fils, the Éphémère cuvée is a limited release in which Frédéric Savart selected a few outstanding plots of vineyard to create a special cuvee. 

We are delighted to offer a parcel of “016” edition, this is a Rose Champagne blended from 30% Chardonnay, 56% Pinot Noir and the rest 14% with rouge from Verzenay & Sermiers . 85% of fruit is from 2016 vintage, and 15% is from 2015, Disgorged in July 2022 after 5 years on the lees.  This is a splendid rose Champagne with balance and complexity that worth stocking up a few now, don't hesitate -
