Since its foundation in 1843, Krug has had a longstanding reputation for the quality of its champagnes, most especially for its Vintage and Grand Cuvee productions, with a strong global following from wine connoisseurs and Champagne lovers. Their Vintage Champagne has always come in highly limited quantities in comparison to most other Prestige Cuvee Champagnes as they have been extremely discerning in when vintage champagne should be produced. Because of that, when one is released, there is a solid guarantee of its quality. 

The recent release is Krug Vintage 2011, 2011 is described as a warm and dry season which picking season started early from 25^th August. Krug Vintage 2011 is a blend of 46% Pinot Noir to 37% Chardonnay and 17% Meunier and the same composition of Krug 167eme Grande Cuvee NV which is based in 2011.

As a first tranche release and expected to arrive in April, we have limited parcels of Krug Vintage 2011 & Krug 167eme Grande Cuvee NV. The Krug Vintage 2011 consists of the best grapes from the vintage and spent 12 years maturing in the wine cellar, and Krug 167eme Grande Cuvee NV is an assemblage of 191 wines from 13 different years while the youngest is from 2011.
