Old Disgorged Champagne: Moet, Taittinger, VCP, Ruinart and more, starting from HK$680 per Bt

While most Champagnes are consumed when they are young, there is absolutely no doubt that Champagne can age. There would likely be less bubbles in a 15 – 20 years old Non-Vintage Champagne, but they gain in body, character and have a complex profile that is impressive and can never been found in any other wines with similar aging period. 

We are excited to have access to more old champagne from a single private cellar in the United Kingdom which has been keeping these non-vintage bottles in ideal conditions and have aged beautifully. These Champagne are released in the 1990s which have received two to three decades of bottle aging. A photo can be taken for reference as follows:
