New Availabilities: Domaine Leflaive 2023, the Last Vintage from Pierre Vincent

Bring one of the favorite names of premium Burgundy whites, Domaine Leflaive has been continuously producing astounding Chardonnay from Puligny-Montrachet and extended to the southern side Macon in the last two decades. The management was passed to Pierre Vincent in 2017 after his long spell in Domaine de la Vougeraie, during his years from 2017 to late 2024, he helped maintain and strengthen the domaine’s reputation at the top of Burgundy white wine.
 
In 2024, Pierre Vincent decided to start his own domaine (Domaine Pierre Vincent) which marked Vintage 2023 as the last vintage he contributed in Domaine Leflaive, Vincent was associated with a style that emphasized purity, structure, tension, and minimal intervention in the cellar. 2023 is seriously a continue success for the domaine, Allen Meadows apraises and mentioned that “2023 should only add to that string of successes.”, and Pierre Vincent describes the vintage:“I quite like them, especially for their freshness and energy as well as their much better than expected transparency.”
