Champagne Savart started to produce Champane in 1970s by Daniel Savart and now passed the ruin to Frédéric Savart who is the son of Daniel. Frédéric Savart made a lot of changes in the house and worked actively in the vineyards to give expression of the purest nature from the Champagne. They own about 6 hectares of vineyards in Montagne de Reims and Villers-aux-Noeuds, all of these vineyards are classified as Premier Cru which 4 hectares are Pinot Noir and 2 hectares are Chardonnay.
A collaboration between Frédéric Savart and DremontPere & Fils, the Éphémère cuvée is a limited release which Frédéric Savart selected a few outstanding plots of vineyard to create a special cuvee. We are delighted to offer a parcel of “011” edition, 100% Pinot Noir from premier cru vineyards in Petite Montagne de Reims, the base wine is from 2016 harvest, stayed with lees for over 3 years and disgorged in 2021. It received further 3 years aging with bottles and will show lots of aging potential in future.
