- Vincent Girardin Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2002 which is an excellent vintage for Burgundy reds, and this was awarded 92-94pts by Stephen Tanzer. Only HK$1,580 per bottle.
- Dom Perignon Vintage Selections from 1985 to 2004: Back-vintage Dom Perignons are hard to come by so do not miss this opportunity if you are into aged Champagne and a fan of Dom!
