Perfect Conditions, Ex-Domaine Burgundy from 1966 and 1976

Established in Beaune in the late 1800s, Remoissenet has long been known for their Grand Cru and Premier Cru productions of both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The estate operates both as a domaine - using grapes from their own vineyards - and as a negociant - purchasing grapes from the best growers and only buying the best quality grapes and even offering bonuses to growers when the quality exceeds expectations. They are among the very few in Burgundy who have the luxury of space to hold back some of their stock for later release and every year they release these library stock and attract a phenomenal response among Burgundy connoisseurs from all over the world. The labels are only applied onto the bottles when they are released.
