The flagship wines of Ultramarine come from the acclaimed Charles Heintz Vineyard on the Sonoma Coast. The Blanc de Blancs, made from 100% Chardonnay, is known for its crystalline precision and nuanced flavors of crushed rocks, white flowers, mint, and jasmine. It offers a pure expression of California Chardonnay with the finesse and complexity of fine Champagne.The Blanc de Noirs, produced entirely from Pinot Noir, showcases the red fruit character of the grape while maintaining elegance and freshness.
