Michel has worked with Anselme Selosse in the past 30 years and brings one of the valuable parts of the success of the great man in Champagne, he is equipped with excellent techniques and later offered an opportunity to vinify a few vines in Avize by himself. Michel produces only one cuvee the Ozanne Blanc de Blancs, which is one of the hardest to find Champagne nowadays due to the the incredible rarity in which only around 1,000 bottles were produced each vintage.
 
Michel’s wife Brigitte Fallon is also a winemaker and produces another micro-production cuvee sourced from grapes in a plot of merely 900 m² adjacent to Fallon's home in the Grand Cru commune of Avize - Brigitte Fallon Avyisa Grand Cru. There were only around 2,300 bottles made each year. The farming is under biodynamic practice, and it’s made by 100% Chardonnay, includes approximately 40% of solera reserve, and aged four years on the lees which is practiced very similar to Selosse’s flagship Substance Blanc de Blancs!
