Domaine Arnaud Ente, located in Meursault, Burgundy, is a boutique wine estate renowned for its exceptional white wines, particularly those made from Chardonnay. Founded in 1992 by Arnaud Ente and his wife, Marie-Odile, the domaine has become a benchmark for precision and elegance in Burgundy winemaking. Arnaud, who trained under the legendary Domaine Coche-Dury, combines meticulous vineyard management with a refined vinification process to produce wines that reflect purity, minerality, and the unique terroir of the Côte de Beaune.
 
In recent years, Domaine Arnaud Ente has undergone notable changes that have further elevated its reputation. Historically known for producing opulent wines by harvesting grapes at maximum ripeness during the 1990s, the domaine has shifted its focus to an earlier harvest schedule. This change has resulted in wines with greater freshness, minerality, and balance. Additionally, the estate has reduced its use of new oak barrels, favoring larger vessels to emphasize fruit purity over wood influence. These adjustments reflect Arnaud's commitment to crafting wines of restraint and precision.
 
The domaine now operates biodynamically and continues to produce highly sought-after wines from its modest four-hectare holdings. These changes and innovations have solidified Domaine Arnaud Ente's position as one of Burgundy's most exciting and respected producers.
