We’re pleased to introduce a rare and exceptional cuvée from Domaine Dujac — the Chambolle-Musigny Les Argillières. This wine is virtually unavailable on the market, as only one barrel is produced in recent vintages and reserved as a private family cuvée.

The fruit comes from a lieu-dit situated southeast of the village of Chambolle-Musigny, bordering the legendary Le Musigny Grand Cru. Sourced directly from Burgundy and presented in its original wooden case, this release includes large-format bottles, ideal for long-term cellaring or as a standout investment piece.

It has a beautifully-defined bouquet with a slightyly more floral component than the regular cuvee. The palate is medium-bodied, quite well-structed, fresh with a saline-tinged finish. Bad news…Not only is there one barrel, Alec Seysses confirmed that this cuvee will not be commercialized. So, if you have dinner with the Seysses family, you might see this micro-cuvee, otherwise, know that it does exist.
