Domaine Les Frères Mignon is located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, where the Mignon family had been selling grapes from their vineyards for decades before brothers Florent and Julien began making wine under their own name, who work with vineyards in Avize, Cramant, Cuis, and Cumières. he wines are fermented and aged partly in French oak, including barriques and larger demi-muids, with spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention. Their first wines quickly attracted attention, including from Jacques Selosse, whose influence and endorsement helped place Les Frères Mignon on the radar of Champagne enthusiasts.

Today, we are excited to offer two cuvees from Domaine Les Freres Mignon: The L'Aventure and Cumieres. L'Aventure Extra Brut 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs shows the estate’s Chardonnay-led purity. Cumières Premier Cru Extra Brut brings another side of the domaine with Pinot Noir from Cumières and extended lees aging to be a structural Champagne with depth.
