Nicolas Bardou started his working experience from New Zealand and also worked in two respected domaines in Burgundy, Domaine Boisson Vadot and Jean-Yves Bizot in which he learned and have his own philosophy in winemaking. Then he decided to move back to his home Loire Valley and he started with Sauvignon Blanc at the beginning, which he is eager to produce very high quality Sauvignon Blanc which is compatible with the Grand Cru in Côte-d'Or.
 
Nowadays, Nicolas Bardou produces Sauvignon Blanc and started to experiment with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in Loire.
