 Champagne has been very crucial in our business and sourcing. It is a mystical beverage that contains approximately 250 million bubbles in a 750ml bottle, and it takes at least 2 years to produce a bottle of Champagne and many of these even take up to 8-10 years! It is also one of the most long-lived wines in the world, I can still recall how fascinating a bottle of 1966 Taittinger Comtes de Champagne amazed drinkers that these memories would be challenging to replicate.
