Domaine Pascal Chevigny, now known as Domaine Chevigny-Rousseau, traces its origins to 1947 when Lucien Chevigny began cultivating vines in the esteemed “Aux Champs Perdrix” plot in Vosne-Romanée, just above the legendary La Tâche vineyard and just a mere 50-meter proximity from Romanée-Conti. The initial planting of Aux Champs Perdrix was carried out by Pascal’s grandfather, a vineyard of notable pedigree which is sharing similar soil structures and microclimate like La Romanée, La Tâche, Richebourg, and La Grand Rue.
With just 4 hectares of vineyard, Pascal Chevigny has overseen the estate since 1984 as the third-generation proprietor and in recent years his daughter Alexandrine joined the domaine with Pascal gradually preparing to fully pass the torch to her.
A very rare opportunity, we are able to access to a restaurant cellar in France with more than hundred of well kept bottles from 1989 to 2014. The restaurant receives direct allocation from Domaine Pascal Chevigny year after year, and these bottles are kept in an ideal storage condition before shipping to Hong Kong.
