A relatively new and exciting estate in Vosne-Romanée, Domaine Boigey Freres has attracted lots of attentions in these years. The domaine originates from one of the older families in Vosne-Romanée, previously known as Domaine Albert Noirot and it’s now run by two brothers Guillaume and Olivier Boiget who returned to the family domaine in 2015. Their first vintage under the Domaine Boigey Frères label was in 2019.
The 2022 vintage marked a significant step up in quality, with wines becoming "seriously interesting" and earning a place on the Vin d'émotion list for Vosne-Romanée from Steen Öhman, Winehog.
Domaine Boigey Freres Bourgogne 2022 comes from Les Rochere in Vosne Romanée, the production is miniscale with a tiny 1-hectare vineyard and low yield of 40hl/ha. A fantastic option to explore the new rising star without breaking the bank, we are delighted to offer:
