Paul Gosset’s Au fil du temps is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. This cuvée is presented as an Extra Brut, with a very low dosage to preserve tension and precision. It is elevated by 40% reserve wines, giving the power and complexity to create a beautiful Champagne.
