Champagne Goutorbe-Bouillot is a small, family-owned grower Champagne estate with a rich history and commitment to quality winemaking. Located in the village of Damery, just west of Epernay in the Champagne region of France, this house has been producing exceptional champagnes since 191.
 
As a grower Champagne producer, Goutorbe-Bouillot cultivates their own grapes and crafts their wines on-site, allowing for greater control over the entire production process. This hands-on approach contributes to the unique character and quality of their champagnes.
 
One of the most noteworthy aspects of Goutorbe-Bouillot's winemaking philosophy is their meticulous approach to blending. The house is known for creating complex champagnes by combining wines from different vintages, with some of their creations featuring a fusion of wines aged for over 30 years. This practice adds depth, complexity, and a distinctive character to their champagnes.
 
Goutorbe-Bouillot Retrospective 00-15 and 80-15 include a high proportion of perpetual reserve dating back to 1980 and 2000. These bottles are aged with lees for 8 years to give it's complexity and power. There are less than a thousand bottles produced, and they are excellent Champagne with tension and structure -
