Located in the Aube region of Champagne, Pierre Gerbais is now led by the fourth generation of the family, Aurelien Gerbais who follows from a classically Burgundian approach in winemaking. What makes Pierre Gerbais unique is that they owns a rare 4 ha of Pinot Blanc, which helps Aurelien pursuit of purity, precision and restraint.
 
We have a parcel of its popular cuvee “Grains de Celles” and think this is an interesting Champagne not to be missed, a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Blanc and 25% Chardonnay, it’s an uncommon blend which makes it unique.
