Nestled in the pristine highlands of Yunnan, 香格里拉聖域 stands as a beacon of Chinese fine winemaking, where altitude, terroir, and vision converge. Established in 2000, the winery forged a pioneering partnership with Deqin County, dedicating decades to cultivating the region’s unique viticultural potential. Today, the Sacred Domain’s vineyards—spanning sites such as Sinong, Xidang, Mingyong, Jiunongding, Dongshui, and the high-altitude Jiangpo—are meticulously tended at elevations reaching 2,800 meters, yielding wines of remarkable character and purity. In the early stage, they also supplied grapes to 敖雲 Ao Yun which is now regarded as the most well-known premium wines made in China in modern era.
 
The flagship 聖域 Holy Land Dry Red, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from Sinong, is a wine of depth and elegance.
 
Each cuvée is a surprise. The Chardonnay is outstanding with bright acid and minerality profile; and 聖域榮中 Holy Land Rongzhong Village is a surprise with shades of a high-quality Bordeaux right-bank. These are wines shaped by mountain air and patient stewardship, offering a new, confident voice in the world of fine wine.
