Frédéric Savart, a former professional footballer, took the helm of his family's vineyard operations in the late 2000s, bringing a fresh perspective and a dynamic approach to traditional champagne production. The tiny estate owns a tiny 4 hectares of vines which are mainly Pinot Noir vines, and the rest are Chardonnay.
 
The philosophy at Champagne Frédéric Savart is straightforward yet profound: to create champagnes that not only sparkle with vivacity and complexity but also tell a story of the land from which they come. This commitment to terroir-driven champagne is evident in every bottle, from the precise, mineral-driven "L’Ouverture" Blanc de Noirs to the rich and expressive "L’Accomplie," a seductive blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. In recent years, Frédéric Savart also produced a few micro cuvees to emphasize the distinctive characters from terroirs.
