Ex-Domaine Release: 1997 Grand Crus from Chanson Pere & Fils

Chanson Pere & Fils is one of the oldest and most successful negociants in Beaune since 1750. It was managed by the Chandon family until it was sold to Bollinger in 1999 and nowadays most of the facilities have been improved thanks to the financial arm of the famous Champagne house. They acquired organic certification in 2009 and they now have a shareholding of about 45 hectares with major holdings in Cote de Beaune.
 
Direct from Chanson Pere & Fils’ cellar in Beaune, we are delighted to offer two electric-mature Grand Crus from Vintage 1997 with the bottles having lain undisturbed in perfect conditions for almost 30 years. Volumes are limited and, as we have previously seen, are likely to sell very quickly. Please let me know as soon as possible if you’d like one of these pristine cases secured for the collection.
