Known to be a great perfectionist, Giuseppe Quintarelli produced only exceptional wines, made and sold in limited quantities after many years of ageing. According to Antonio Galloni, he finds their wines to be “hypnotic, life-changing wines” and “inhabits a universe all on its own”. It is a winery where care, effort and patience are the driving philosophies and the wines are only released once deemed to be ready. They are beautiful handmade wines that are both immediately rewarding and capable of extended cellaring.
