Back Vintages Bourgogne and Meursault from Coche Dury

Coche Dury has been producing top-quality wines across the board over the decades, from village to their Grand Crus. They put a lot of emphasis in the vineyard, pruning their vines extensively and do not use any pesticides and work hard to maintain the ecological balance, and then applies fairly traditional vinification approaches with the proportion of new oak varying from year to year, but in general, the domaine is accustomed to using quite a lot of new oak, using up to 50% new oak for their top wines. The wines are kept in their barrels to age for around 15-22 months and then bottled without any filtration. The resulting wines are sublime, pure, and elegant with solid intensity to evolve exceptionally well with aging.
