Located in the village of Bouzy, within the Montagne de Reims, André Clouet has a rich history dating back to 1741 when the Clouet family began their ownership of vineyards in this fantastic region. The vineyards are situated on the chalky soils of Bouzy, most of these are Grand Cru vineyards which produce wonderful qualities of grapes.
 
André Clouet's winemaking approach combines traditional methods with modern innovations. The wines are crafted with respect for the terroir, emphasizing the unique characteristics of the Bouzy region. The vinification process includes fermentation in both stainless-steel tanks and Sauternes barrels, with a focus on using native yeasts. This meticulous process ensures that the Champagne retains its distinctive flavor profile and quality.
