The oldest known producer in Champagne which started making Champagne in Aÿ since 1854. Gosset makes compelling Champagne offering clear character, spine and intensity. The house usually avoids malolatic fermentation which leads their style to be dry yet creamy, fruity and biscuity. The flagship cuvee is Celebris Millesime, a limited production cuvee which has only eight releases over the past 34 years. It’s an ultimate expression of the house style which usually takes 13 years of maturation, with the top-quality grapes from Ambonnay, Avenay, Avize, Aÿ, Bouzy, Cramant, Cuis, Cumières, Trépail, Vertus and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
