Champagne Goutorbe-Bouillot is a small, family-owned grower Champagne estate with a rich history and commitment to quality winemaking. Located in the village of Damery, just west of Epernay in the Champagne region of France, this house has been producing exceptional champagnes in a minuscule quantity. 

As a grower Champagne producer, Goutorbe-Bouillot cultivates its own grapes and crafts its wines on-site, allowing for greater control over the entire production process. This hands-on approach contributes to the unique character and quality of their champagnes.One of the most noteworthy aspects of Goutorbe-Bouillot's winemaking philosophy is their meticulous approach to blending. The house is known for creating complex champagnes by combining wines from different vintages, with some of their creations featuring a fusion of wines aged for over 30 years. This practice adds depth, complexity, and a distinctive character to their champagnes.
 
A benchmark blend made up of 100% of reserve wines since 1980 from three generations of winemakers, the Retrospective 80-15 Extra Brut is a perpetual reserve with base wine dating back to 1980 and the youngest wine from 2015,  composed of 70% Pinot Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, it shaped one of the best cuvees from perpetual reserve Campagne with a very complex and elegant profile without breaking the bank -
