Salon is one of the most highly-demanded, exclusive and classiest Champagnes in the world. Little known is that its sister company and neighbour, Delamotte, gets first refusal on the grapes used to produce the Champagnes so you can imagine what level of quality Delamotte could deliver. In some vintages, the prestigious Champagne house uses declassified grapes of Salon in their other line-ups of the Delamotte labels.
