A new joiner in Burgundy with strong German perfectionism, Les Horées comes from Catharina Sadde who is German in origin, and her French husband Guilhem.
 
Les Horées was founded in 2019, Catharina Sadde turned herself from a trained chef to a winemaker by studying enology and viticulture in Montpellier and at the University of Geisenheim. After that, she did several internships in Domaine de la Romanee Conti, Joseph Drouhin, Comte Armand, Comte de Vogüe, and Cècile Tremblay, a perfect background that she was able to turn herself into one of the most exciting young winemakers in Burgundy.
 
Nowadays Les Horées owns 1.56ha of vineyards and the rest from purchased grapes from wine growers which whom they have very close relationships. These vineyards are harvested by the Les Horées team and the team is allowed to apply biodynamic treatments in all of their vineyards.
