Champagne Savart started to produce Champagne in the 1970s by Daniel Savart and now passed the ruin to Frédéric Savart who is the son of Daniel. Frédéric Savart made a lot of changes in the house and worked actively in the vineyards to give expression of the purest nature from the Champagne. They own about 6 hectares of vineyards in Montagne de Reims and Villers-aux-Noeuds, all of these vineyards are classified as Premier Cru, 4 hectares are Pinot Noir and 2 hectares are Chardonnay.

The outstanding Champagne producer is now in high demand which there are three cuvees that drinkers can begin with - 

L’Ouverture: 100% Pinot Noir. The dosage remains 4 grams per litre with around 24months with lees.

Bulle de Rose: 70% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay and 8% blended with still red Pinot. Dosage 3 grams per litre.  

L'Accomplie: 80% Pinot Noir from Ecueil and Villers-aux-Noeuds and 20% Chardonnay from Ecueil. The dosage remains 5 grams per litre with around 36 months with lees.
