A legendary producer of Meursault making the finest drops year after year, Domaine Roulot has been consistently one of the best white Burgundy makers in the past few decades. Roulot established a distinguished style of purity and elegance which has clear differences in each of his plots in Meursault. Other than Burgundy White, the Roulot family has also been famous for their amazing eaux-de-vie and fruit liqueurs since their production in 1866. Guy Roulot had a unique passion for the process of making fruit eau de vie, and his son Jean-Marc continues the family tradition of the distillation activity, offering two amazing eaux-de-vie and a liqueur. The domaine has been certified in organic farming in 2013, along with non-certified biodynamic practices.
 
Their Apricot Liqueur is made with pitted apricots which are grown by Jean Louis Chave and were soaked in 96% neutral alcohol for around 5-6 months. After diluting the maceration with water to reach 25% alcohol, around 160g/L sugar is added. The perfect balance of high alcohol and low sugar level fascinates all Liqueur and Burgundy lovers. It successfully delivers the intense aromas of Apricot and the notes of spices, at the same time outstandingly presenting the richness and freshness of the fruit.
